PROPOSED MULTI-COMPLEX SANCTUARY

Background Information

VOSH owns a piece of land of 5 acres in Buru Buru in Nairobi (LR NO.13605). This is a fast densifying area which is fast rising in value and becoming more prime. The site is approximately 200 meters from the Buru Buru Shopping center and touches Rabai Road. Buru Buru Shopping Center is fast developing into a satellite center with amenities and facilities including hospitals, shopping centers, supermarkets, schools, colleges, etc.

Development Concept

The proposed development is to be a multi-complex of facilities to serve both the needs of the church and also provide for related activities and also targeted at income generation.

Objectives

The overall objective is maximum utilization of the site. Other objectives include sustainable development of the site taking into account resource constraints and income generation.

10. Landscaped Park External sitting areas, gardens and manicured lawns for outdoor activities.
11. Any other Amenities/ projects As deemed requisite.
